I Grade Referral Application Form

1. On the advice of a Student Counsellor or Chaplain, a student will apply for an I Grade on the student Counselling webpage at www.counselling.ul.ie. or on the Chaplaincy webpage at www.chaplaincy.ul.ie .
2. Students must complete all details on the application form and return by email to Marion.Kinsella@ul.ie. as soon as possible but at the latest, within five days of the last exam for any given term.
3. All student applications will be considered by the respective staff member and follow on recommendations to the I Grade committee will then be made where appropriate.
4. Students will be notified of the outcome of their application in due course by Student Academic Administration.
