The Shadowing Programme links a potential Access student interested in a particular course of study with a UL student currently enrolled in that degree programme. Shadowing Days take place in the Sping Semester each year.
During the day the pupil accompanies the university student to lectures and has an opportunity, in an informal manner, to gain a deeper appreciation of what it would be like to be a student pursuing a particular programme in the university - a real 'day in the life' experience!
Universiy of Limerick Students who are interested in volunteering on this programmes should contact john.mcdermott@ul.ie. Hours spent on this programmes can be accredited for the President's Volunteer Award.
