Our Counter Service is open daily from 9.30 - 12.30 and 2.30 - 4.30. Outside these hours written requests may be placed in our Mail Box located across the corridor from Student Academic Administration. All requests are dealt with in chronological order.
If you cannot call to the office during our opening times and for requests that require payment, eg. transcripts, ID cards, parchments, etc, please forward the request in writing together with the appropriate fee made payable to the University of Limerick in the form of a cheque / postal order / bank draft. We do not have a credit card facility.
