CAO Round 2 Offers
Congratulations on your offer of a place on a programme of study at the University of Limerick in Round 2 of the CAO allocation process. As a new undergraduate student there is a wealth of information available from our orientation website at www.ul.ie/orientation. Orientation has been taking place since Wednesday 31st August and will continue until Friday 2nd September 2011. Specific days have been allocated to each programme of study. It may not be possible for you to join the orientation programme and the following arrangements have been put in place for candidates getting an offer of a place on a programme of study in Round 2 of the CAO allocation process:

While you have until the 7th September to accept your CAO Offer, we would ask that you accept your offer immediately to ensure efficiency in the processing of your admission to the university.

Candidates offered a place on a programme of study in UL in Round 1 of the CAO process and who have enrolled on a programme of study should present themselves to the Admissions Office during the week of the 5th September 2011 to arrange for their student record to be transferred to the programme of study which they were offered in Round 2

Candidates offered a place on a programme of study in UL in Round 2 and whom have not received any previous offer of a programme of study in the University of Limerick in 2011 should note the following:

Phase 1 Enrolment on your programme of study is done online and is expected to be available to you from 14:00 on Monday 5th September 2011. For further details on online enrolment go to
www.ul.ie/orientation. An email notification will be sent to you when online enrolment is available.

Phase 2 Enrolment and Orientation will take place on Wednesday 7th September 2011 at 14h00 in the Jean Monnet in the main building on campus

You can pay the fees for your programme of study online through your student portal account that you will access for the first time when you enrol online. Details of accessing your portal will be notified to you separately. You can also pay the fees for your programme of study by bank giro. Your bank giro can be collected from the Admissions Office from Monday 5th September 2011.
