In Horizon 2020 there will be a new procedure for submitting and evaluating proposals for COST Actions. A pre-announcement for submitting proposals (one stage submission) is available on the COST website at http://www.cost.eu/participate/open_call
The new Proposal Template and the Guidelines for submitting COST Action proposals will be available in December 2014 on the COST website and proposals can be submitted as of January 2015.

Review Panels will be required in the following OECD scientific fields.
* Natural Sciences
* Engineering and Technology
