Paul Tansey Scholarship Awarded at UL

Tansey Scholarship

Paul Egan, a native of Tralee was recently awarded the Paul Tansey Postgraduate Research Scholarship. The Scholarship was founded by the Kemmy Business School and The Irish Times and is awarded every three years to a Ph.D research student intending to enrol at the Graduate Centre of Business at the University of Limerick. The Graduate Centre of Business is home to more than 80 postgraduate research students pursuing masters and doctoral degrees. Research proposals in the areas of applied business economics, development economics, enterprise and industrial economics/policy, health, law and economics and monetary economics were considered for the Scholarship. The title of Egan's PhD research is China's exchange policy and economic issues for the European Union.
