Dr. Margaret Cahill, Cashel, Co. Tipperary , who was conferred with a PhD;  Professor Don Barry, President, UL; Dr Mary Roche, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, who was conferred with a PhD and  Professor Jean McNiff, UL. who supervised both Ms Roche and Ms. Cahill.

Desmond Butler, Caherdavin, Limerick who was conferred with a Diploma Quality Management-Lean Systems.

 Dr Cornelia Connolly, Monaghan town who was conferred with a Doctor of Philosophy from the College of Informatics and Electronics at UL.

Among those graduating were John O'Sullivan, Malahide, Dublin; Joan Doherty, Banada, Sligo and Peng Yand, China.  All were conferred with an MSc in Financial Services.

Joan Brophy, Roscrea Community College; Dick Conroy, Roscrea NS both conferred with a Masters-Digital Media Development for Education;  George Cunningham, UL Governing Authority and Tadhg Maher, Roscrea Community College who was conferred Grad Dip Music Education.

Retired UL Staff Member Esther Fearnley and her husband William who was conferred with an MA Civil and Canon Law with First Class Honours.

ConfRevenue

Kevin McManus from Strokestown, Co. Roscommon who was one of Ireland's first students to be conferred with a BA Hons Applied Taxation.  Also in the photograph are his two children Eoin (20 months) and Doireann (6 months).
