Find a Book
Search the library catalogue to find out if a book is available in the library.
- Use the shelfmark number to locate the book on the shelves. Every item in the library is given its own individual shelfmark number.
- There is more information in the tutorial entitled "Quickstart: The Library Step by Step" on how to search the library catalogue and find out where the books are shelved.
- If you find that the material you require is out on loan, you can reserve the book by clicking the "reserve" icon
in the library catalogue.
- Provided that nobody else has requested them, you can renew up to 3 times any normal loan books that you have out.
- The library also subscribes to a number of e-books that you can access and search from a computer on campus or at home.
