Microsoft Office Pro Plus

Office 365 Pro Plus Banner

ITD is providing Microsoft Office to every student free of charge via the Microsoft Student Advantage program. This means the latest version of the full Office productivity suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and more will be available for offline and online use. 

All current students with a valid Email account will be able to access this software for the duration
of their studies in UL

 Through the Microsoft Student Advantage program students can:

*      Install Microsoft Office on up to 5 compatible PCs and Macs, plus 5 tablets (iPad download is Office 2011).

To download Office follow these simple steps:
a. Go to
b. Login to your student Email
c. Click on the wheel located on the top right hand side of your Email menu bar
d. Select Office 365 Settings from the drop down menu
e. Select Software from the left hand side Settings menu
f. In the centre of the Software page, underneath 'Install latest version of Office' click Install

You will need your student ID number and Student Computer Account password to sign in

Please note that on a PC, Windows 7 is the oldest OS that will run Office ProPlus 2013.

Please note you will be prompted for the local administrator password for the device you are installing Office ProPlus on.
