Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint about any of ITD's services then use the ITD Call Log form to make the complaint, typing the word 'Complaint' and then follow it by the details. When the Service Desk receives the complaint they will allocate it to the relevant Service Manager within ITD (or the Director). You will receive a response informing you who the complaint has been allocated to within one working date and a response to the complaint within 7 working days.
If you wish to make a complaint about an individual then please email the Director - Director.ITD@ul.ie.
At any time you should feel free to approach the Director, ITD about any aspects of the ITD service.
