HR Customer Feedback System
As part of our quality management system and commitment to continuous improvement, the HR Division has implemented a Customer Feedback System to provide faculty and staff with a means of logging concerns, complaints, or comments in relation to the services provided by the HR Division.
If you are dissatisfied or concerned with any aspect of the HR services received, then we would invite you to log a call with us using our new Customer Feedback System which can be accessed here HR Customer Feedback
All feedback received via this system will be directed to the appropriate person in HR for action and a prompt response will issue to you thereafter.
We would still encourage all normal means of communication for day-to-day queries.
