Noreen Heraty

Profile
Dr. Noreen Heraty is Assistant Dean, Academic Affairs (KBS) and lectures in the areas of organisational behaviour and human resource management in the Department of Personnel & Employment Relations in the Kemmy Business School. Her research interests include the creation and development of learning environments at the organisational level, multi-level perspectives on work and family; student adjustment, international and comparative Human Resource Management in MNCs and modelling career development in modern work environments. 

Noreen is a co-director of the Age in the Workplace Research Network (AWR-net) which is located within the Centre for Organisation Science and Public Policy at the Kemmy Business School, and within the Work, Knowledge and Employment research stream.
