The aim of my PhD project is to understand how specific positive emotions increase or decrease moral behaviour. Positive emotions differ in various characteristics that define them. These characteristics influence decision making and behaviour when a person experiences an emotion. Specifically, I investigate the influence of these specific characteristics on moral decision making and moral behaviour. My research varies over different domains of moral decision making and behaviour (e.g., environment, economics, relationships).
