The Department of Psychology have two new Master Programmes running which are outlined in more detail below.

 

Studying for a Master of Science in Psychological Science (MSc) at University of Limerick

The MSc in Psychological Science (1-year full-time postgraduate programme) is an exciting new MSc programme which provides students with a menu of modules that reflect the breadth of psychological research and its applications. The postgraduate programme showcases the core strengths of the Department of Psychology with emphases on research methods, applied and social psychology, and clinical psychology. The course represents an exit route for those interested in research careers in the voluntary or state sector, and it provides an excellent basis for entry to doctoral level degree programmes in psychology.

Studying for a Master of Arts in Psychology (MA) at University of Limerick

The Master of Psychology programme is a new MA programme in the University of Limerick.  The programme is designed for students with psychology experience as part of a BA degree or the equivalant of 60 ECTS in psychology including research methods.
