Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy is a health discipline concerned with the occupational performance of people in their environments. Occupational therapy is needed when an individual's ability to live independently, to care for their personal needs, and to participate in work, school, family, and community life is disrupted by factors such as disability, illness, disaster, socio-economic disadvantage or injury.  More>>


Physiotherapy is a health care profession concerned with helping people reach their optimal level of function. Chartered Physiotherapists are involved in most aspects of health care and use physical means to promote, maintain and restore physical, psychological and social well-being. More >>

Speech & Language Therapy

Speech and language therapists assess, diagnose and treat people with communication difficulty. Communication difficulties include problems with speech, with understanding and using language,
fluency, voice and with the social uses of language. Speech and language therapists also help people with swallowing and feeding difficulties. More >>  


Post-Graduate Research in Clinical Therapies

Taught Programmes for Qualified Healthcare Professionals

Clinical Therapies offers a suite of taught Post-Graduate Certificates for healthcare professionals and a new MSc in Advanced Healthcare Practice starting in Sept. 2013.
