The Language Centre will be closed on all Irish public holidays. In 2013 these are as follows:

General English students studying for more than 12 weeks may decide to take extra holidays if they wish. The maximum extra holidays allowed are as follows:
Students studying for:
less than 6 months and more than 12 weeks can take an extra 2 weeks holidays
between 6 months and 1 year can take an extra 5 weeks holidays
Students must state at the time of booking their course what extra holidays if any they would like to take
Changes requested after a booking has been made will incur a €30 administration charge
Please note that holidays cannot be taken during assessment weeks. The assessment weeks are as follows:
Assessment weeks during 2013 are: 04-Feb-13, 19-Mar-13, 06-May-13, 17-Jun-13, 14-Oct-13, 16-Dec-13
Foundation Course students follow the same holidays as the university academic calendar. Please ask you teacher or call to the office if you are not sure.

The Language Centre will also be closed on Monday 14th April until Tuesday 22nd April 2014. The last day of class in 2014 will be Friday 19th December.
