TRACK YOUR COMPLAINT
  • Once you have lodged a complaint, you will receive an acknowledgment from the Office of the President.
  • On completion of the process the Advocate will normally notify you as to the outcome of the process.
  • If in the meantime you wish to enquire about the current status of your complaint, please email advocate@ul.ie for an update.
  • It is the policy of the Advocate to respond to such inquiries within 48 hours where practicable
